What makes a biology topic difficult to understand?
Some biology topics seemed easy when I read the definitions, but I struggled when I had to explain them in my own words. I thought about do my biology class after getting stuck on one lesson, but decided to go back and rewrite the main ideas simply. Once I could explain the topic without copying the textbook, I knew I understood it better. Do you find explaining concepts harder than memorizing them?
